A Message From Hotfoil-EHS to Our Heat Treating Industry Partners

We're pleased to share an update on current production activity at Hotfoil-EHS. Our team is actively fulfilling orders for 140 computer-controlled power consoles, along with several custom furnaces currently in production. It has been a remarkable year, and we anticipate an additional 60+ computer-controlled consoles in the fourth quarter.

In addition to our core product lines, we have completed six CONEX-based conversions this year, transforming container units into fully equipped heat treatment system control rooms.

Our heater production remains strong, with current output ranging from 200 to 400 units per day to meet sustained demand for pre-weld and post-weld heating applications. Demand has been exceptional, and units are shipping nearly as quickly as they come off the line.

Hotfoil-EHS remains committed to serving the heat treatment community with quality equipment manufactured entirely in-house. From laser cutting our control panels to fabricating frames, every component is produced at our facility — nothing is outsourced. While we may not always be the lowest-priced option, we stand firmly behind the quality and reliability of our equipment, which we believe is second to none in the industry.
